    ...which has a 333 megahertz intel celeron, 64MB of RAM, and a 6.5 gig hard drive can actually run XP Pro and not crash. Slow would be the understatement of the century but it works.

    That's good. B) There are a lot of things you can do to tweak Windows XP to make it run quicker (but you loose 'eyecandy&#39.

    Installing Windows 2000 is probably a better idea for that computer.

    right click my computer- properties- advanced- then under "performance" click settings-then check "adjust for best performance" and click ok...if you didnt already know that.

    Tweak3D.net GO THERE! it helped me ALOT with speed...but that comp is too old to even mess with prob...lol but see if it helps u at all.

    Its all tweaked up. I just use it to mess around with. I have a nice P4 machine that I use for day-to-day stuff. I just wanted to see if it would work.
