As far as I know yes and supposedly he got banned shortly thereafter.

What...that wasn't enough? If you were a tracker owner would you want a piece of shit like that anywhere near your tracker?

But to answer your question, I guess he was into trading/selling also. Not to mention, not long after that incident at What, he(or I'm guessing it was the same person, the thread starters user name was "Cheeseman") started a thread at a certain private forum to scam people. He said he had accounts at "high level" trackers to sell. And the ones he listed was the ones he was banned from for that RIAA stunt.
