Electric Pulse it sends a pulse throughout the car fucking up all the functions of it and yeah they might be used eventually, I have never seen one in real life though.

up in scotland we call it an "utter sh*te detector"
apparently they couldn't use a real one anywhere near the film sets cos the film was so bad...

yea they are about in the uk, never really used tho, they send them on a rack from under the police car and they go under your car and use an emp. saw it shown on a technology show once, very cool
