So I've just baked this egg free chocolate cake and it doesn't taste of chocolate.
Do you think I can just add a few more table spoons of cocoa powder?

I am really not very good at baking at all. My brother is a baker as well, he would be ashamed

what you should do is make a ganash and spread it over the cake

boil water put a bowl over it with milk and add chocolate to the milk yummmmm

Well yes Allen, the reason for that is, is that he is a baker, who starts work at 8PM (Belgian time), so I can't get a hold of him.

As for the ganache thing, it still won't conceal the utterly bland taste of the base.

I got a quote from a cake shop to make an egg free cake for 8-10 people. Do you know how much she quoted me???

Prices STARTING from 50 quid. 50 quid??? For a sponge cake with some icing sugar on top.
