Why dont we take a picture of an old lady or something, and put keywords related to child porn in it, kiddie porn people download it thinking its what they want, we log their ip and report it.

Might be far fetched but it might work.

Who are you going to report them to?
The law enforcement i guessing ur in USA so like the FBI or just plain old 911?

lets say you do this and the FBI/911 listens 2 you, your evidence is what? your word that this ip was dlin it off you, they wont believe you... lets say they do believe you, now they want you to show up in court and explain how you got the info ect. are you willing to do this just to catch 1 sicko.

I trully doubt you or anyone(whos not gettin paid by the government) could be bothered giving up this amount of there time + the scrutany ect recieved from hostin child porn or what ever the defending loyar say u were doing with it...

Just way to much trouble leave it to the employies of the lawenforcment agencies.

No point, that would just add to the fake files, and that is not going to stop child porn from being down/up loaded so if they like that type of stuff then let them download it.
