Hey guys,
I stumbled on this site and it looked interesting. I want to start off by just saying hello but the way I found the site was kind of odd, so here goes:
Awhile ago I posted a request on "Get Invites" to several sites. Yesterday, I received an invitation to join "WhatCD". I followed the link, registered for an account and activated it. I logged in to read the rules and get familiar with the site and what it offered, browsed for awhile and signed out. When I went to sign back in I found I had been locked out and my account had been deleted.
Somehow I got directed to this site.It looked interesting (and to be honest I thought it might be helpful in this case) so I joined.
I belong to a couple of private FS sites (and other forums) so figured the invite was legit. Although fairly new, I have a good share record so thought this might have be why I received the invite to "What Cd". While I was first browsing that site I noticed a member named DarkArchon. I also saw a member with that handle here. I thought he/she might be able to find out what's up with WhatCD? (I am actually doing a virus scan right now to make sure I wasn't punk'd)
I'm a member in good standing on other sites (different handle) and would be happy to give a reference to DarkArchon or anyone who can help me find out why my account was shut down and/or if this was a bogus invite or hoax to begin with. (I noticed there was no way to PM members here or I would have made this a more subtle inquiry.)
