I'm new to this computer stuff, especially downloading fixes and all. Why does all this have to be so complicated? Thanks for your patience. I appear to be in good company and that makes me feel better about all this. The reason I'm here is becuase my wife cannot log onto her computer and down load pictures from here Sony cybershot camera. I down loaded the sonypvu1.sys driver but I apparently am not getting it in the right location. Anyone with insight please let me know. I'm at [email protected] Thanks again. kwg
