Arranging Icon Problems

when i download tunes i like to arrange them by the time thew was modified (Created), i do this so i can check each new one as it comes in for corruped and fake files,

i was able to arrange them in this way till yesterday (Rightclick, Arrange, Modified)

now when i do this i get a long list of options, arrange by, Album, artist, year, track,name, size and type,

ive been through all of my folder settings to try and set it back the way it was (Veiw, Customise Folder.., Customise)

does anyone know how ro set it back, ive already tryed restoring the defaults with no results

Try clicking up top on " VIEW "
Then down to " ARRANGE ICONS BY "
Then " MODIFIED "

Hmmm........strange.
Have you switched the 'appearance' of Windows lately, ie; gone from the default setting to ' Classic View ' or something similar ?

Skip that, I think I've got it !

Click " VIEW " > " CHOOSE DETAILS " > then check any items you want to be available ( and uncheck the ones you don't ) > " APPLY "
