Maybe level 3 for tranceroute because as I can remember, they had open signups about 1 month back.

I might be blind or something but what's the 1-5 scale of speed based on? I know everyone has a different net connection so someone who reviews a tracker with a speed rating of 3 might actually be a 5 for someone else.
Should there be a standard for speed ratings?
Average popular new release file speed (i.e. new episode of Lost):
[1] <20kb/s
[2] 20 - 100kb/s
[3] 100 - 500kb/s
[4] 500 - 1500kb/s
[5] >1500kb/s
What's everyone think? From what I've read (since I don't have it), ScT has the best down speeds, so how's it rate on this scale (a [6]?).
Does somebody knows anything about the fiber club ? Can someone make a review ? Thx
I'd say your speed rating scale is pretty good. That's what I tend to interpret the speed ratings as...
I think [4] should be lower speeds though.. Maybe we should make an official speed rating scaling
But I also tend to think of the Speed rating as speed across all torrents, and not just the newest ones. I mean, if you look at sites like FTN, their new ones get seeded a lot and its very fast, but because of their small user base, most of the older torrents don't get seeded much at all and you get really slow speeds on them. On the other hand, TL has quite a lot of well seeded old torrents.
Hpj Level 6 :L

REVIEWERS
First of all, it's nice to see more reviews being posted. Great job guys!
A suggest on the reviews - some of the trackers have a bonus system (aka karma points) which rewards upload credit for extended seeding. It would be nice to know whether a tracker employs such a system, and how "generous" the system is. For example, bit-hdtv will allow more points to be added for up to 15 torrents, but x264 doesn't seem to care how many torrents you're seeding. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
For people that have lame upload speeds, the bonus system is a lifesaver.
Please keep this in mind when editing existing reviews or adding new ones.
