In my opinion iPLAY deserves 4 (no invite system available), Filelist deserves 3.5 (no invite system available) and RevTT deserves 2.5 (harder to get than TL, ST, TD, SCC....).

yes RevTT is FAST and great tracker, signups no open again, never. (3)
iplay have invite system, onlyu VIPS(donor) have invites.
