Just want to say, this whole ranking is not only about RARITY!
Its "what invites are worth" ,not "what invites are rare".
I know site with 6 user ,it could be then lvl 6 ,but it has only 10 torrent...

that was already discussed here.
The level of a tracker is given considering the rarity of it and the amount of people looking for it. For example, 2 months ago FileFight had a 500 users database, closed signups and no invite system so it should be high level right? Wrong, there were very few people looking for it.

Yeah, but FSC is definitely on par with the level 4 trackers, it deserves more than just a 3.5+.

In terms of rarity way more people have CZONE than FSC, those two sites should be swapped in their rankings
