Of course, for exemple in my country i have an excellent tracker, like for sure you guys on yours, with great pre time's and speeds, more than 150.000 regi's users!!! But who cares if i can't invite anybody because don't allow also foreigners IP's?
Don't make any sense rating that kind of tracker, but that's my opinion.
