Why SCT to go up ? lol cuz it has filled up ? I think all the ppl that are requesting it, they kept at least one invite for trade.Don't use this propositions for your personal gains.
It's stupid to request upper level cuz it filled up.
ofcourse there is big change of TT rarity we talking here about more then 1 year to ask for 1 invation per month in TT new system invation

so it doesnt matter if a site gives every user 5 invites if they never increase the total number of users then it is still rare if they are full. Because it will only be a few lucky people who get in you could have all the invites in the world but they are useless
