More, to compare ScT with the 2 trackers from level 9 is just silliness, or probably you guys are trying to get some from there (level 9 trackers ) with the ScT inv.? It was much reasonable at the present to say FSC or others to level 9 than ScT.
It wasn't by incidentally Patriot Forever at the first placed ScT to level 6, i know i agree also it was exaggerated......just like now saying ScT to Level 9, silliness.

Is this ranking about the rarity or the quality of particular site ?

I think people should stop thinking about it it terms of being rare or not because if you simply focus on the really relevant things it would be easier to list the sites that are useful and those that are not.
Uk-T is a good example - if people start looking at it as a torrent website, no as a rare jewel that one needs to posses, it will go down immediately, even down to 4-5(adequate level imo)

How about giving trackers an average rating based on rarity and quality?

Example UK-T would be rated 8
SCT would be 9
TL would 5.5
etc...

It makes more sense. Rarity is crap. Quality is what's all about but it's just funny seeing people give some awesome buffered accounts from good trackers for a crappy tracker cause is rare?

If something is pretty common it has no trading value;p but anyways Uk-T is for torrent predators not for torrent users ;p

It sounds very reasonable and plausible. Rarity is plainly useless because any trackers can be rare if they close signups and don't give out invites to anybody.

lvl8 for sct is more than enough.yes its filled up,but many ppl have invites there i dont think its rare ,like it was.i predict that sct will go down.

sounds reasonable but i think rarity should not affect the rate as much as quality so TL definitely at least 6 ;p
