some of my suggsetion:
TR down (more invites given out)
SCT up (no room)
SWEDVDR up (invites will be disabled for a while)
FTWR up (something i always say, its just impossible to get)
EXIGO should STAY, its almost impossible to get invites there, but it is possible.
OINK should go up, its easy to recieve invites to oink, but it is IMPOSSIBLE
to get oink for a level 4, simply cuz you have to be very careful since it could mess up your acc which was hard enough to buffer up from the start
FB up (harder to obtain invites)
LM down (easy to get)
Czone up (difficult to get an invite these days, very few old members have them, and its better than anything else on that level)

agree with everything u said except fb/lm/czone (should stay where they are now)&tr already moved to lvl 5

TT is in right place

TT level 9 no place for new members even if there place u have to be member for 50 weeks and ask for 1 invation every month
swedvdr level 9 no invations

PT level 7 many ppl ask for it and invation system kinda hard
czone right place
FB in the right place
NB should be level 8 so rare to find someone offer it here and u have to ask the NB staff for invation
exigo in the right place or level 8 there is invations
TR down level 5


and (KG) (DB) (RP) should be getting removed from the list no body need them coz thay acting like amature sites
