i think that ftn became less rare and demanded so it should go down to lvl 9
FTWR should go up to 10 as it is realy hard to get

i still don't think that el-sl, bH, Darkside are ready to be rated.

FTWR and exigo should go up thay are like uk in rairty but idont think ftn is good at level 10 its still rare enough and u still dont have it yet
