Hell no. People can decide what kind of content they need by themselves and rating should tell them which trackers are the best for
that kind of stuff. Since HDBits is the best HD tracker out there and a good tracker in all other aspects (speeds, staff etc) it's a clear 10.

I believe that HDbits is the best for HD, but the content is just HD. I wouldn't give for this kind of content lvl10. What's next? PEC for lvl10 because it's the best car-racing tracker?

Why not? If the torrents are well seeded, staff is responsive, requests are filled fast, there's a car racing fan community at the tracker it should get nine or ten.
