At BitmeTV there are only 23000 users, while on Oink the are a lot more: around 150000. So BitmeTV is far more rare than Oink.

oink invites widely available, upload 10gb+2weeks you get 4invites, however people scare to give invites out, fears of loosing invites and account.
so i assume oink lvl 4 is fine for time being.
bitmetv should be level 9
