TL invites were 4 per week right ?
Now it's 2 per week , so its half than before , It should be level 3 .

TTi - 1 invite per month if seeding 31 days 24 hours , or , getting userclass promoted , there are 6 promoting options - you can get 6 invites from this and it's only if youre uploading TB's and TB's . At level 4 its not a problem lets say HDBits.org - you need to download 15GB and maintain good ratio ...its nothing !
