yeah iplay is down because it 'opens up' once or twice an year for 24 hrs. or so , thus the really vigilant ones may join then . but again , the content and speed are very good .

iPlay's open signups are like 20 times a year. I had signed up twice for less than a month some time ago. And ScT is in a good place, no matter that a invite is 20$.

I hope, that one day everyboy will see the content and not the rarity... I like iPlay and it doesn't matter if it is level 1 or 10... And they have good staff as well

i think you are using another iplay . peci could confirm that they don't open signups twice a month . maybe twice a year

i'm not trying to enter this rarity game . i've just pointed to akkk that iplay doesn't open signups 24 times a year . and how krisil said, the content is very good an that is what metters the most.

when users drop below that limit for several reasons there is open signup...occasionally we opened signup over that limit...what's all the hassle about??
