yes,but there are alot of newbies here trying to trade TL or TD with SCT or sumtin..
And some of us dont even know about these tracker's content and url although it is level 3 or high.. So this is a pre-review for that..
So if you would do the better , of course they can change the link of tracker that you put the review in this thread

obviously, we're only left to rely on the judgement of other people when a certain tracker is closed for signups.
