ScT should be 1 level higher than TT, despite the fact, that there are more sct invites floating around. The fact that people are having hard time getting sct for tt does matter.

I don't say that there is high demand for tt but there is i think.I mean a lot of ppl want tt but they know there isn'T any invites, so they stop asking. But sct has invites that's why so many ppl asking for it and there is high demand for sct!
