Dont u think all that is time that SCC go up on lvl 3 at least,since lvl 3 sites are also very easy to access like acetorrents or linkomanija and few more,also SCC user class dont have anymore invites only from Power and above have...

also FunFile should go up on lvl 2 since they closed signups few weeks ago

I think scc can go up to level 4! just take a look at the list. The palce and the vault are level4 but you can request an invite on their irc and you can get it if you fill in a form. So scc should move to level 4!

With regard to STMusic it is rated as level 1 which is for open signup trackers. This site is not open signups, you need an invite code to join it.

It should atleast be level 2.
