I am sysop@Acetorrents and we have opened up yes, but only because we have seriously cleaned out the user database and deleted over 6,000 members. We have been a closed community for a long time and will be closing the doors again very shortly as soon as we reach our decided limit.

How come FTN is level 10? It´s not even a good site. The 10 rating only ads to an already waay overhyped tracker. I mean content: 5000+ torrents (ScT hsa 16000+) speed: I got about 2.8MB tops when downloading from their uploaders.That´s not a 10 rating, that´s like 6 or something. Pretimes at FTN is minutes, at ScT they have second pretimes. Saying FTN with their dead torrents is a level 10 site is just bullshit.
