I nominate NB to a 4.5. Why?
1) Many rare and exclusive files, 2500 DVDs.
2) Actually good tracker, not like 600 member "elite" nordic trackers.
3) The site is full at 11,000; like FTN & ScT
4) Invites are hard to get- PU with atleast 30GB down. You cannot use them anyways as the site is full.

I agree, since there are so many requests for NB, but I don't see it being offered as often.

could someone explain to me why is RP a lvl4.5 tracker? and why Revolt has [1] ?
