pay2leech is to help people fixing their ratio ..its to buy upload credit just like bitmetv and other trackers(which is a positive policy for me), they didnt mention anything regarding invites ..so its not pay4invites its pay2leech.
moreover,there are some offers for sct ..but look to their demand..nobody would give his sct for a tracker from lvl 4 or 4.5 unless that tracker is well buffered or with invites.

SCT isnt increasing there user limit so the invites are still almost worthless until more people leave or are banned. it always hovers around 12000
