I think instead of trying to pull up the trackers in level 3,3.5 first we need to rerate the trackers in level 2 and level 2.5 to level 3 or higher.

Good point about Tbits.ro, however I don't see any demand for it at the moment so I don't think it's worth as much as anything in level 3. I don't think anyone would trade a level 3 tracker for Tbits.ro right now. Maybe when the demand for it increases again then it should go up to level 3.
Had a brief skim over the trackers in level 2/2.5 and I don't see any that are too hard to get or the demand is that high. Not sure if there's a need to rerate those trackers just yet.

i think i used the wrong word like "rerate"

i mean that we are always trying to take the trackers up to level 4 and level 3.5 from level 3.5 and level 3. Soon there will be less trackers i think in level 3 or in level 3.5

So i think we have to discuss about the trackers level 2.5 and level 2..Not like Tl has to go up.coz everybody must know that with these invite system(every sunday 4 invites for PU) TL or other trackers like TL cant go up..

So i am waiting for comments with sense about the trackers in level 2 and 2.5 to go up..

It will be better for WIAW thread i think instead of the effort of taking trackers from 3,3.5 to 3.5,4
