you need to be FTN Power (at least 8 weeks, have uploaded at least 200GB)
you can request 1 invite once a week if you are FTN Power or above only.

I think that everything is OK now... but...
I suggest to create level 6 or 5.5 to put Ftn and U** in and keep sct in level 5 sct
