nope i think that PT place is in level 6 right now (since its not that hard to get it) but i must disagree with rating [8] , why TL have [9] and worse content speed and pretimes in review:

The people saying "FTWR down" are just doing it because they think that they'll have a better chance of getting it themselves if it's a level lower.

In reality, there are still FAR fewer FTWR offers than SCT or FTN offers, while demand higher than ever. It belongs where it is.

I'm not an FTWR member, and I will probably not be for a long time, but trying to get the WIAW thread changed to help your own chances in trading is rediculous.

i just noticed very small offers with some great demands
also in offers only traded 4 sct or ftn believe me many ppl offerin those 4 rabbit
so it may go down or even up dependin on the new inv policy there that gonna b announced in monday
at this time we can make a good sight is it up or down

ithink tranceroute should be level 7 or even 8 its so rare and if u member there u have to upload alot of files and be active user in forum ppl there upload 20or 30 file to get one invation the invation system there is relly hard
