So I have decided to make my own tracker with only 200 members and 50 torrents. that way I can see if I can make it to a level 10 or maybe you guys can make a new level 12 for me

I just think this whole watw is a bunch of bull!!
why don't you redo the system so the level amounts are biased soley on the quality of the site, amount of torrents and community itself. what this WASW has done to this site is made it "well I have really bad tracker but its a level 10 so I'm going to sell it to the highest bitter"

There are also several trackers which are currently open to signups, so their listing in levels two or three don't fit: SCC, PWT, XWT, ST, TVTorrents, FileMP3 and maybe more I don't know about.

I don't think either way is a good way to seriously value a tracker against other. For one thing, it would throw off the whole concept of trading invites because suddenly trackers like TorrentLeech would be on the topmost position. This would make this list completely useless because then you have hundreds of easy-to-get TL-invites versus few and precious ones for FTN, ScT etc.

This current list of what invites are worth may not be very helpful to guide users to the best tracker in the bittorrent-scene - but the measurement of what invites are worth are represented.


What I'd suggest is a middle-ground of both: create a combined level based both on rarity and quality (i.e. TL Level 4 [2,10] or SCT Level 9 [8,10]). This way some measurement of the tracker's quality will influence the rating while very private trackers keep some of their rarity. This of course needs finetuning and maybe the influence of quality can raise gradually over time up to a certain amount.

In the end, it is every user for himself if he wants to trade based on this list or if he gets it. And while I do see some moaning about some trackers' levels, there still seem to be a few extraordinary exchanges just because those trackers are rare.

Cause we Hungarians are crazy, don't we? Why wouldn't we ask les? Is it not the market like: demand and supply. If I can sell a bread for 5 bucks then I won't sell it for a dime. U see? That esasy. Why shouldn't I take a comfortable market position if the market is willing to give my price. Study some economy...

ithink ftn has to be level 9 at this time thay give inivtes only for pu and even with that its still hard to get coz ithink almost the members there got every thing so thay dont need to trade it for any tracker maybe for E***O or ftwr only

ftn diserve actually the level 10.. only ftn power gets invites and not everyone of them. i bet next week they will be back at lvl 10 again...

i didn't have the ftn invite and honnestly i would have never taken to chance to trade it.
