So my ratings drop is based on the fact that a level six tracker that opens signups and doesn't limit the userbase, can expect a lot of new members, thus lowering the rarity. Greater length of time is likely to equal more new members.

By all means if you have some stats or info that I don't, post it here.

And of course remember that there is no specific guidelines regarding rarity ratings, such as 1 invite per user per month equals Level 6, 4 invites a month equals Level 4, occasional open signups equals Level 2. Rarity rating is a subjective.

imo Fsc should be moved up to level 8 seeing it has only 3,258 members only and the invite system has been down for a long time.

No , it's not.
To get ScT invite , you must donate.
IMO, ScT is still very hard to find, It's harder than FSC.
And btw - LM is going lvl 1 or 2
