Very good idea. The 15-20 most trusted members should vote only, and decide the rating of a tracker. This way there will be no more noob votes, like in the nCore voting, when they rated it lvl6, but it's clearly higher level.

What's wrong with just saying. Fuck the rarity rating? and rating trackers according to what they are really worth?

Speed/content/pre for general 0-day trackers and speed/content for special trackers like Norbits or SweDVDR that only have movies. Screw rarity and screw the so called awesome community trackers.

better idea is..something like a panel!..few trusted members...who decide the level of trackers..that woudl be way better
