I think you should add to the site rankings more catagories like staff an community..
The score wont be effected by this catagories.. Only by pretimes, speed and content.

If I want good comunity, I join a forum. If I want to download something, I join a torrent tracker. I don't think that we should rate the trackers based on comunity. Most of the people join the trackers for the content, not for the community, IMO
