again, someone has already posted it, but Insane Team's link does not work. Also Ithink SCC [rating] should go up 1 if TL is 9. SCC, at least from 7 to 9, especially if acetorrents is rated 7 too.

well ,having more + and - rating was the reason why we changed to 10 levels instead of 5 so they won't be given on wide ranges
