It really doesn't matter if there's no demand. A 1 has always been reserved for sites with open sign ups meaning that if it closes it should go up to a 2 automatically. Anything past a 2 requires demand.

Question is what tracks have the best quality content-how much-good community-pre-ect plus demand-. Think u guys are pretty accurate. takes time n honesty- no trading-cheating 2 reach the higher sites- which i have yet to achieve. lev 5 n on are impossible to get- almost.
