why, cause you were feeling more powerful having a level 9 than a level 8?
merging old level 2 and 3 together don't change anything to their rarity, it's just a number
it wasn't relevant to trader to have two "easy to get into categories", tell me who need to trade to get into a level 2 tracker
i don't want to start adding new levels to this list, there will be no end to this, create a level 11, and a 12 and a 13 and a 20 etc...
a level 0 could exist for open signup however eventually, permitting to shift everything one level down, but there is absolutely no need to right now

I don't support this "what trackers are worth" thing for various reasons, but I just wanted to say that if I had to make a list rarity-wise, that's about what it would have looked like.
