yes u are correct,but that also dosent mean that FL dont deserve to be lvl 3 now...its easier to get on Whatcd or SCC and few more that are lvl 3 now than on FL which is lvl 2

Rarity could mean anything from torrent,packs,invites....

if we see what sites are at on lvl 5 then u must agree that TL should be lvl 5 for now

sure there are rules forbidding to trade it in FST, however, someone who wants to will find a way to achieve his goal is little time

also this comparation betwen ScT,TL,BitMeTV is useless
