Both cartoonchaos.org and neptoons,info are good cartoon trackers though the latter has just reopened so they don't have half as many torrents as they had as fox-kids. They both have internal cappers/rippers and decent torrent retention for their small userbases.

TTOKTV is also a good source too but they have been down indefinitely for the past 2 weeks as they move servers - hopefully they will be back up soon!

Myspleen I found never had much to download for my tastes, and only deal with TV and VHS stuff if i recall (nothing available commercially - just like TTOKTV), but they do have a lot fo older stuff esp older CN, nickelodeon and fox shows.

Most of these trackers are not just cartoons but contain kid shows - TTOKTV & MySpleen are maybe the most mixed of the lot, while Cartoonchaos separates their cartoons (they only allow toons) from other kids content which they track on a sister site Torrentkids.org.

EDIT: FileNetworks - that was true when they were foxkids but at the moment they have only about 100 torrents many of which are small episode packs too as they "rebuild". They had shut down due to massive H&R and some security breach, but hopefully they will stick around this time as they have many cappers running the site who usually only share via fserve, so they should have some good content coming back.

Yes. But anyone can go to their forums and make a request for an invite. There's a sticky that tells a person how to make a proper request.
