kk i know its still a beta....but i wanna know if i should get it so i try it..... a lot of people tell me thats its a bug-full beta.... but i still want to try it cuz i like to try new things....

any input? what are new things? etc., etc...

its pre-beta, its alpha! its very buggy! theres also a memory leak, dont get it! i tried out build 4029 (latest leaked one) and its not worth getting wait until atleast BETA1 if you are desperate to try it!

new features of the top of my head:

new IE (includes pop-up blocker and download manager)
winFS file storage support
new look and sidebar

You might want to check a little button called "SEARCH" in the upper part of the page

i have tried longhorn 4015and as far i no microsoft hasnt replaced the file system in that one. It gets really buggy when u remove the WinFS from Windows Components.
edit:my advice is to go with the build 4029 and lemme no if its ne gud

...... first of all i dont want to install it OVER my xp version.... im not DUMB....

i want to install it on another pc....thank goodness i have 2...

second...i did search and i did not find that topic suitable for APROPRIATE INPUT for the topic in question.... plz dont post just rubish about it saying "it sucks its alpha....", etc.... i want OBJECTIVE things...like it has this program, that feature...etc...

Bad Points:

It's sooooooooo slow!
It's very buggy
it has a serious memory leak
most features dont work
activation takes a while to get around (unless your good or know exactly what your doing you will probaly fail, like lots of people i know&#33

long setup time, to get it sort of workable after installation
can mess up your whole hdd
some drivers wont work
180 day time bomb
its unsupported

could think of more if i wanted too!
