I passed time limit in a week (or little more) with 512k up, it wasn't any hard and my ratio never dropped below 1.

Also I can barely get over 2kbps on a torrent on TL or IPT. I'm port forwarded, Turned DHT off and disabled Peer Exchange.
I'm using utorrent v1.6.1.
I can upload 256kbps on Usenet/FTP's though and I know my ISP doesn't throttle p2p.

I like to keep everyone happyso I stick with v1.6.1. v1.8 is frowned upon on some trackers, and I noticed significant speed differences between 1.8 and 1.6.1.
