With uTorrent's proxy settings. It's been explained a few times in this thread already:



Make sure you don't have torrents from other trackers running, some of them may ban you for using a proxy.

If you keep on using the proxy and the tracker status is "working", your ratio should be updated.

Although using a proxy like that afects greatly your downlosd speed. Doesn't it?
