well its working for me, but im using a proxy to get to the website and proxy settings in utorrent as well, but i can still download off it and it updates my ratio daily, so i aint complaining.

How did you do proxy settings in uTorrent

nah it shouldnt download slowly, u should max out ur internet, im maxing out my internet connection using those proxy settings in utorrent

Did you even read the last pages of this thread? I posted how to use proxies in uTorrent, and how they don't slow you down since only tracker announces are tunneled.
