    After everything you've tried I'm pretty much clueless

    I guess you could try installing XP in a virtual machine if Zamunda means so much for you... if you still can't load it, it's probably a network/ISP issue.

    i think i used to have the same problem with download.com 2 years ago, but i wasnt using that site frequently so i dont know how the problem was solved.now i can access the site without any problems. how can i create a virtual machine?

    Yes, there is an issue with non-bulgarian IPs.

    Use a .bg HTTP proxy in your client to announce. Only tracker traffic will go through the proxy, so your downloads won't be slowed down. Only do this for Zamunda (I'd create a separate install for it), since other trackers probably won't like proxies.
