That doesn't disprove his theory at all. If you test to a nearby server, of course you're going to get the speeds allowed by the internal network.you don't know what are you talking about. Check speedtest.netbig true
Ro users cheat beacuse they want to get more upload and gain higher user classes and maybe get invites.
Try a speedtest to a US server and see what happens.

Beside this...I was banned for fake ratio on pretome (ratio free tracker) based on some tracker statistics ( suddenly I had an average of 8MB upload speed).When I showed them my speed test and Utorrent stats,they let me in again, this is another proof that cheating is a relative term, unless prooven with swarm statistics.
SSD Supertalent ultra drive 128GBThere is no need of any proof. Just give the brand name, model and specifications to look it up on the net.

No disrespect but... you still don't understand the point feeling is trying to make, whether it is true or not.
The majority of speedtests are still conducted to the nearest server location, which is most likely internal. Taking an average of that wouldn't make any difference.
If you want to prove him wrong, post a speedtest you did on a US server. That's definitely not internal.

Feeling banned me and another 10 friends on mine who never cheated.There is nothing more truthfull for me than this.He might be a great guy, but he definitely despite us for no reason.Bottom line is that he owns the tracker, and he can play God in his yard.But an unjust God!
I downgraded my internet speed cause I have no scene access ( except TV ) and I had no reason to pay that much.But starting with 1 st dec I'll upgrade it again and I'll proove you how's speed in my town.
PS.I found an old recording of speed.I'll post a fresh one on 2nd of december.
