Yep, you can add filters, for example (if you want pop ups from a particular site) and more options (that I don't use).

Nice touch is the right click on an image , blocked .

if u ask me AdMuncher is the best,i use 4.72,and u wll never have any problem with any kind of adverts..its just set and forget,and really small

firefox is better than windows internet explorer at all

If Adblock is not enough, also add FlashBlock. And lastly, there is NoScript, but its a bit of a pain to use, especially in the beginning. Pretty safe though.
