OP, there's nothing that can be done. That's part of being open signup. You won't believe this but some people do the same at public trackers!

If it bothers you so much move on to IPtorrents or a similar invite only tracker.

It makes no sense to me why people don't want to seed...I mean it's not like it's truly that difficult to do. Even if you leave your computer on to seed while you're sleeping (when it can't impact you whatsoever) it would give you a decent ratio....

People live in a world of instant gratification. No one wants to download only what they can seed back, they want it all, and they want it now!
