Could it be the card reader driver ?

Try Driver Detective or a program like it to help .

It just dawned on me what you meant by " Has a ( yellow ) ! beside it " , sometimes windows update can find and update the device for you . Good luck .

I was snooping around and found a site that gives info on the ID string . Also remember Unknown Device Identifier ? Saw a updated version that would work nicely with the site .

    Here's the site : http://www.pcidatabase.com/

    Here's the program : http://www.zhangduo.com/udi.html
