I'm trying to figure you out mate, as based on your three most recent threads one is showing us how hot you think you look, the other is how hot your life is, and the third one was all about you having a hard time having a BM. We need to know all this about you because.......???

Assuming this topic is srs, do what Idoleyes has said. Take in less calories than you burn, but keep eating protein so you will not lose muscle mass.
Try and keep the same intensity level of workout as you do now, but you might have to do shorter workouts cause with a low calorie diet I'd guess you'd fatigue faster. I don't really know what its like to cut weight, I've never been bothered with not having defined abs..

@op -- For starters i would first be concerned with adding more muscle onto your frame, then you should focus on getting ripped. Sure you have a lean body but anyone can get lean, it takes a truly motivated individual to acquire vast amounts of muscle mass through blood sweat and tears. Get back to the gym and start lifting heavy weights and transform your pencil frame into something worthy!!
One book -> Never Gymless by Ross enamait. You can download it off of elbitz but if you have that books that is all you need but as the above poster stated it WILL take sweat and tears!
