New Skins For Bsplayer?

Anyone know where to get more skins for BSplayer cos' i'm a bit bored with the ones i've got?

Also which program is best for converting from .AVI to MPEG?
I've been to that "dvdr-help" site and i'm still a bit confused as to which is best.
