These guys don't give a shit.. and charge you basicly for everything. I have used hosting-ie and they resell keyweb servers.

I asked keyweb through their support if they allow torrent and they said no!
Should I still go on and signup or should I look for something else?

Major German dedi providers usually explicitly forbid torrents and such. But their resellers often allow you do whatever you want with your server so there may be a solution.
